01

Who you are contracting with

Baboor Studio is a trading name of Aris Kazan, a sole trader established in the United Kingdom.

02

Your service and order

Each purchase creates an independent order. Your order’s commercial record fixes the offer, compatible add-ons, price, discount, scope and applicable document versions.

Only the deliverables, revisions and explicit inclusions in that record are included. A message or additional file does not increase the purchased scope; additional work requires scope-change review.

03

Business purchase and your responsibilities

The purchase flow asks you to confirm that you are buying for business purposes. You must provide accurate information, materials you have the right to use, one final approver and consolidated feedback.

You are responsible for checking product facts, claims and Etsy requirements before publication. Baboor’s own production errors are corrected without using your revision allowance.

04

Source materials and permitted input

Your original assets remain yours. You grant Baboor the permission needed to use them to carry out your order. Do not supply material you have no right to use.

Production depends on complete and usable inputs. Any missing information or unsuitable materials are handled through the order’s specific requests and review process.

05

AI-assisted work

Material use of AI is disclosed. Customer facts and the physical identity of a product must remain truthful. No invented testimonial or unsupported commercial result may be presented as real.

Permission for service production does not authorise the separate reuse of customer material for AI training, portfolio, case-study or advertising purposes. Those uses require independent, explicit and withdrawable permission.

06

Price, payment and formation of the contract

Public offers are paid in full through Stripe Hosted Checkout. The amount and currency are validated by the server; purchases are in USD.

The contract is formed when payment is confirmed and the independent order is created. The selected scope and accepted document versions are locked into that order’s record. A return from Checkout alone does not confirm payment.

Before Checkout, Terms and the Cancellation & Refund Policy are accepted for that order. Privacy, cookies, marketing and any applicable early-start request remain separate.

The purchase acknowledgement is:

I confirm that I am purchasing for business purposes and agree to the Terms of Service and Cancellation & Refund Policy for this order.
07

When production starts

The production clock starts after payment, submission of the project details and Baboor’s acceptance of usable inputs. Payment alone does not start production.

The agreed timing belongs to the purchased service and order. Waiting for the client pauses the production clock. Responses received after 17:00 Europe/London count from the next working day.

08

Feedback, revisions and approvals

A revision round means one consolidated set of feedback from the designated approver. The purchased scope fixes the revision allowance. Scope changes are reviewed separately, and correction of a Baboor production error does not use that allowance.

Direction approval, final approval and acknowledgement of delivery are different events. Silence is not final approval.
09

Delays and missing information

Please provide feedback or approval within 7 calendar days. Waiting time pauses production and may require rescheduling.

At day 7, an order may be held while awaiting the client. At day 14, its production slot may be released. At day 30, administrative closure may be initiated with a final warning. These steps do not turn silence into approval.

10

Delivery and access to files

Final delivery is released within the relevant order after final approval and satisfaction of the payment and scope conditions. Included editable files and guidance follow the purchased scope.

Delivery is not automatic closure. Delivered work remains distinct from an order recorded as Completed or Order cancelled.

Final download access lasts at least 30 days after delivery. Files are retained until 90 days after Closed; recovery after deletion is not guaranteed. The Privacy Notice explains retention and its exceptions.

11

Rights in the final work

After full payment and completion of the scope, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and modify the final output within your own business.

The Canva system may not be sold or offered as a standalone template or service. Logo Foundation rights are subject to a separate written transfer.

Prompts, methods, libraries, rejected drafts, internal production files and out-of-scope third-party assets are not included in the customer’s rights grant. Applicable third-party licences remain relevant.

12

Portfolio, publicity and confidentiality

Baboor may not use customer files, products, brands or projects for portfolio, case study, advertising or AI training without separate explicit permission that can be withdrawn. Refusing permission does not change the service or its price.

Client information and files are restricted to authorised access for the relevant service. See the Privacy Notice for handling and retention.

13

Cancellation and refunds

You can request cancellation from your order workspace. A cancellation request does not create an automatic refund. Read the Cancellation & Refund Policy before purchase.

The policy explains documented work, actual unrecoverable costs, the proposal and acceptance process, and refund handling through the original payment method. Mandatory rights take precedence.

14

Results, liability and applicable law

Rankings, traffic, conversion, sales, profit and future Etsy behaviour are not guaranteed.

For business-to-business orders, ordinary liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, subject to exceptions that cannot lawfully be limited. The governing law is England and Wales; mandatory legal rights take precedence.

15

Changes and your accepted version

Effective 28 September 2026. This is the published version of this document for orders accepted from that date.

Published versions will remain available as part of the relevant order record. A later document does not silently replace the version accepted for an existing order.

A material change to Terms or the Cancellation & Refund Policy before an unpaid Checkout is completed requires renewed acceptance. Changes to price or scope also require review and renewed acceptance. An existing order keeps its own accepted record.

The accepted documents and a retainable order summary are made available through the order’s legal and purchase record and the payment email.
