Listing images

  • A coordinated visual treatment built from your existing photos and information. Final images include brief image-order and upload guidance.

Listing copy

  • A title, 13 relevant tags and a description of up to 300 words, with search-intent review and category/attribute suggestions. Delivered as copyable text for your Etsy listing.

Editable files & handover

  • Final images and copyable text are included. Editable templates and production working files are not included. Reusable Canva modules and an editable master example are part of Collection System.

What you provide

Your shop and listing links, usable product photos, permissions to use your assets, and accurate product information: materials, dimensions, colours or options, care, packaging, shipping and returns. Include relevant brand assets and one final approver.

One physical product and one Etsy listing, with six functional listing images and coordinated listing copy.

The source photos need to show the product accurately and support the agreed image roles. We review the usable inputs before the production clock starts; new product photography is not included.

Process, timing & revisions

  1. Review your scope

    Choose Listing Focus and review any optional add-ons before payment.

  2. Sign in and pay

    Sign in using an email code, confirm your order and pay securely through Stripe.

  3. Send your inputs

    After payment, submit your product photos and information. Production starts once usable inputs are accepted.

  4. Review, refine, receive

    Review your images and copy through the two included revision rounds, then receive your final delivery.

Production: 3–5 business days. The production clock starts after payment, submitted intake and acceptance of usable inputs. Waiting for feedback or additional inputs affects the schedule.

Included revisions: 2 structured revision rounds.

Founder-led direction and communication, with specialist support as needed.

Baboor business days are Monday to Friday, excluding England and Wales public holidays and studio closures.

Optional additions

Eligible add-ons are optional and are not preselected. The 20% first-order discount applies to compatible add-ons in that eligible order.

Service boundaries

New product photography, complex rendering, live Etsy uploading and ongoing shop management are outside this service. Video production is outside the scope of this service.

A new direction or additional work requires a separately agreed scope. Third-party assets remain subject to their licences.

The service covers the defined presentation and listing-content work. Rankings, traffic, conversion, sales and profitability are not guaranteed.

First-order offer

The public 20% offer applies to eligible first paid orders, including compatible add-ons in the same order. Eligibility and your final total are confirmed before payment. Later orders use standard pricing unless another valid offer applies.

Cancellation & refunds

You can request cancellation from your order workspace. A cancellation request does not create an automatic refund. Read the Cancellation & Refund Policy before purchase.
